Me, I’m a big fan of examples, and lots of them, and they do show up in almost every section; I would’ve liked a stronger focus on practice than theory, but well, YMMV, and probably will. The demand for SQL information and training continues to grow with the need for a database behind every website capable of offering web-based information queries. I think this book gave decent coverage of everything in those other two books- I’m not sure they really need to exist at all. Some of the code in here is a bit obscure and most would probably have trouble finding use for it on everyday projects. I read through part of it at the time when I started, and never finished it.
